    REVERSIBLE FASTENING SYSTEM OF A DECORATIVE TRIM ON A SURFACE OF A FASHIONABLE FITTING ARTICLE. The invention relates to a reversible fastening system of a decorative trim on a surface of a leather article of flexible material such as leather, fabric or similar material.
    The modern processes for cutting metal sheets make it possible to produce, from metals such as steel, brass, copper, aluminum, silver or gold, various and fine cuts comprising in particular particular holes of different shapes, to make jewelry.
    It is known to permanently fix on the inner face of the cut sheet a slightly flexible lining appearing through the openings of this sheet, having a different appearance and colors to achieve a decorative aesthetic effect.
    Preferably, soft materials, such as natural or synthetic fabrics or leather, are used for the interior lining. The rigid sheet then gives the general shape of the jewel, as well as a wear-resistant exterior appearance, which can be shiny, satin or matte, and the interior lining forms a softer and warmer material, the nature of which 'appearance and color slice on the metal and appears through the decorative piercings.
    In particular, bracelets, cuffs, belts, broaches, earrings or necklaces, and rings and necklaces may be made comprising a cut metal sheet forming a rigid structure having a particular shape according to its function.     Thus, detachment of the lining generally requires the use of specialized tools, in particular to remove clamping screws or rivets, and may damage elements. The disassembly and reassembly operation can be slow and delicate to maintain an impeccable appearance and finish to justify the decorative function.
    We can not quickly realize variants of the same decorative element, changing the trim or the decorative sheet, while we seek more and more to personalize the fashion accessories to adapt them for example to worn clothes, types of clothing. planned activities, or a need for frequent renewal to avoid repeating the same decoration.
    The present invention is intended in particular to avoid these drawbacks of the prior art and to allow a reversible attachment of a decorative trim on a flexible surface of a leather goods.
    Reversible fastening means a fastener that can be made and defeated without tools. On the contrary, by permanent fixation is meant a fastener requiring a tool to be made or defeated (crimping, screwing, gluing, etc.).
    Furthermore, the fastening system must allow a regular alignment, accurate and immediate decoration element on the article of leather goods. In other words, the user should not have to worry about alignment when fixing the decorative element so that it is in the position prescribed by the manufacturer of the article of leather goods. To this end, the invention relates to a reversible fastening system of a decorative trim on a surface of a leather article of flexible material such as leather, fabric or similar material, the system comprising: • a male part consisting of a rigid bar having decorative holes and having a fixing face carrying: ο N fastening buttons, N being an integer greater than or equal to 1, each button comprising a rod and a free end swollen wider than the rod, and o at least one locking lug in translation of the decorative lining; A female part comprising as many buttonholes as the male part comprises a button, each buttonhole being designed to be, in use, permanently fixed on the surface of flexible material and to reversibly hold the bulged end of a button ; the or each locking pin being intended to engage, in use, in an orifice formed in the decorative trim.
    According to the invention, the reversible fastening of the bar is dissociated on the article of leather goods and the locking in translation of the decorative trim between the bar and the article of leather goods. This allows a very precise reversible fixation in position of the bar on the article of leather goods, while facilitating the change of the trim which is simply arranged between the bar and the article of leather goods.
    According to particular embodiments: the rod of each button may have a length such that in the use position, when the free end of the or each button is engaged in the buttonhole or buttonholes, the decorative trim is compressed between the bar and the surface of the article of leather goods; • the fastening system may comprise two fastening buttons each arranged near two opposite ends of the bar, and at least one translation locking pin arranged between the two fastening buttons; The bulged end of the fastening buttons may be spherical and the female parts may be crimped into the article of leatherwork so that the fastening buttons and the buttonholes form snaps; and / or each female part may be a cage fixed on the surface of the article of leather goods, each cage comprising a fixing face provided with a buttonhole consisting of a hole of diameter at least equal to the diameter of the bulged end. and an oblong slot opening into the hole and of diameter greater than the diameter of the rod of each button and less than the diameter of the bulged end of each button.     Advantageously, the article of leather goods may further comprise a set of interchangeable decorative fittings and / or a set of bars bearing different decorative bores. The subject of the invention is also a decorative lining intended to cooperate with a previous reversible fastening system, and comprising as many orifices as the male part of the fastening system comprises locking lugs in translation, the orifices being arranged in a manner to receive, in use, the locking lug (s).
    Each orifice can either pass through the liner from one side or be blind and cross the lining only over part of its thickness.     FIG. 1 illustrates, by way of example, a leather pouch M, comprising two press buttonholes 100 crimped into the flexible surface M1 of the flap.
    Each buttonhole 100 is thus designed to be, in use, permanently attached to the flexible material surface and to reversibly hold the remainder of the fastening system and decorative trim illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3.
    FIG. 2 illustrates a lining 200 and a first embodiment 300 of the male part of the fastening system according to the invention
    According to the invention, male part 300 consists of a rigid bar 301 having decorative holes 302 and having a fixing face 303.
    The latter has as many fastening buttons as the female part comprises buttonholes. In the illustrated example, the fixing face 303 carries two buttons 304 each comprising a rod 304a and a free end bulge 304b wider than the rod 304a. In this embodiment, the swollen free end 304b is spherical and constitutes the male part of a snap button. Also according to the invention, the fixing face 303 carries, in addition, at least one locking lug 305 in translation of the decorative lining 200. In the illustrated example, the two fastening buttons 304 are each arranged close to two opposite ends of the bar 301, and the locking pins 305 in translation are arranged between the two fastening buttons 304.
    Advantageously, the locking lugs are arranged symmetrically so as to allow positioning of the lining on both sides, thus increasing the aesthetic possibilities if the two faces have different aspects.
    The decorative lining 200 comprises as many orifices 201 as the male part 300 of the fastening system comprises lugs 305 translation locking, the orifices being arranged to receive, in use, or the locking lugs 305.
    As illustrated in FIG. 3, the or each locking lug is intended to engage, in use, in an orifice 201 formed in the decorative lining 200.
    During assembly, the user covers the decorative holes 302 with the lining 200 and blocks it in translation by inserting the locking lugs 305 in the orifices 201.
    Advantageously, the liner has sufficient dimensions to be flush with the rods 304a of the button 304.
    According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the rod 304a of each button 304 has a length L1 (see FIG. 4) such that in the position of use, when the free swelling end 304b of the or each button 304 is engaged in the buttonhole or 100, the decorative trim is compressed between the bar 301 and the surface Ml of the article of leather goods M.
    According to two variants illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, the orifices 201 may be either through or blind.
    The lining 200 of the variant illustrated in Figure 4 comprises orifices 201 through the liner from one side.
    Advantageously, the bar 301 of the variant illustrated in FIG. 4 comprises translation locking lugs 305 which have a length such that they slightly exceed the thickness of the lining 200. Thus, in the position of use, when the buttons 304 are engaged in the buttonholes 100 and held by the reversible locking means 101 of the buttonhole (here a spring), the pins 305 exert a local compression el against the flexible surface Ml of the article M. This ensures both a blocking in optimum translation of the liner 200, while facilitating the removal of the bar by spring effect.
    The lining 200 'of the variant illustrated in FIG. 5 comprises blind orifices 201', that is to say not passing through the lining from one side to the other but only a part of its thickness.
    This embodiment allows locking in translation of the liner while avoiding the friction of the lugs 305 'against the surface of the article of leather goods M.
    Similarly to the variant of Figure 4, the length of the pin 305 'may be chosen slightly greater than the depth of the orifice 201' when the decorative trim 200 is flexible (eg leather). Thus, in the position of use, when the buttons 304 are engaged in the buttonholes 100 and held by the reversible locking means 101 of the buttonhole, the lugs 305 'exert a local compression against the bottom of the hole 201' and, because the lining and the surface of the article of leather are flexible, against the flexible surface Ml of the article M. This ensures both an optimum locking translation of the liner 200, while facilitating the removal of the bar by spring effect.
    The buttons 304 do not press the decorative trim 200 on the mounting face of the bar because the buttons are not in contact with the decorative trim. Only the locking lugs 305 cooperate with the decorative lining, either in compression or in abutment, in order to block the translational movement of the decorative lining.
    The fixing position of the bar 301 is precise because it is determined by the cooperation of buttons and buttonholes. The locking of the lining may be a little less precise because the decorative holes do not exceed the lining 200. It suffices to block it in translation to prevent its edges appear through the holes 302 of the bar 301 .
    This simple maintenance allows easy replacement by the user who has only to separate the bar 301 of the buttonholes 100 simply by pulling, to remove the lining 200 lugs 305 and to replace or return before repositioning everything. This removal can advantageously be facilitated by the spring effect created by the compression zones of the locking lugs.
    A second embodiment of the invention is illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7.
    In this second embodiment, each female portion 400 is a cage 401 fixed on the surface of the leather article by gluing, screwing or crimping.
    Each cage 401 comprises a fixing face 402 provided with a buttonhole 403 consisting of a hole 403a of diameter greater than the diameter of the bulged end 504b of the button 504 of the male part (see FIG. 7) and of an oblong slot 403b opening into the hole 403a and of diameter greater than the diameter of the rod 504a of each knob 504 and smaller than the diameter of the bulged end 504b of each knob 504.
    In this embodiment, the user engages the bulged part of each button in the hole 403a, then exerts a translation movement to slide the rod into the notch.
    Advantageously, the bulged portion is substantially cylindrical and may have a bevelled shape to promote the plating of the bar against the article of leather goods when the rods of the buttons are engaged in the oblong slots of the buttonholes. Alternatively or in combination, holding in position can be provided by two magnets 404 arranged on either side of the buttonhole. The invention also relates to a leather article comprising a surface of flexible material such as leather, fabric or similar material, a decorative trim and a reversible fastening system of the decorative trim as described above. Advantageously, the article of leather is provided with a set of interchangeable decorative fittings and / or a set of bars bearing different decorative holes.
